Todd Staley has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Todd started their career at Jacobs as a Project Engineer in 2004 and then moved on to S. M. Wilson & Co. where they worked as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined IWR North America as a Project Director, later becoming the General Manager in 2014 and then President in 2016. Currently, Todd is working at MHS Legacy Group, where they hold the position of President since 2019 and will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2023.
