Thomas Brennan has a history of working in the painting industry, with a specialization in estimating projects. Thomas began their career as an Estimator for George Campbell Painting Co. Inc. in 1995 and held that role until 1999. Thomas then worked as an Estimator/Project Manager for MB/USA Painting from 1999 to 2005. Following this, they joined L & L Painting Co as a Senior Estimator in 2005 and remained in that position until 2018. In 2018, they became the Chief Estimator at Champion Painting Specialty Services Corp.

Thomas Brennan attended the Williamson School of Mechanical Trades from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a degree in Structural Coatings Tech and focused their studies on the field of Coatings.
