Vanessa Spink is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at mhs homes since January 2017, Vanessa has previously held senior roles at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust and Addaction, where responsibilities included advising on complex employee relations cases and coaching management. With a solid foundation in human resources gained through positions at KCA and other organizations, Vanessa has also contributed to the implementation of new services and business strategies. Vanessa's educational background includes a Diploma in Management Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and a Diploma in Cognitive Approaches to Counselling & Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London.
