Monica L. is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing residential and commercial projects from land development to construction completion. Currently with 59 Project Management Ltd since September 2023, Monica has previously held project management roles at QUEENSCORP, Primont Homes, and Kaneff Group, overseeing budget preparation, contract management, and construction procurement. Earlier experience includes design management at Louise MacDonald Design Inc. and project management at RHED design studio, where Monica led custom millwork design processes. Additionally, Monica worked as an Architecture & Urban Planning Consultant at CONSORCIO ARA, overseeing urban planning phases, and contributed to architecture committees at BosqueReal®. Monica holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte and a Certificate in Construction Management from George Brown College.
