David Moran has professional experience in human resources at Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. and previously worked as a cashier at HEB. Additionally, David served as an operator at Alamo Fire Line from June 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included digging trenches with backhoes and excavators and installing required piping.
