Driven by the desire to excel in his field of study, he takes pride in providing the best customer experience possible. As a Partner Support Analyst his goals encompasse a seamless incident identification and resolution. In addition to his primary job experience and duties, he studied BSc in Information Technology at Pearson Institute of Higher Education and has knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory User Management, DHCP configurations and Network Infrastructure to mention a few. He enjoys playing football and video games in his spare time.
