Mark Flory is an accomplished educator and founder of The Hesycheia Course of Studies, an organization dedicated to the practice and study of Hesychasm in the Eastern Orthodox Christian tradition. Flory has served as an instructor at several institutions, including the Community College of Denver and Metropolitan State College of Denver, while previously teaching at Arapahoe Community College and UCCS. Flory's academic background includes multiple advanced degrees in Theology, Philosophy, and Cultural Theory from the University of Denver and Iliff School of Theology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Denver. Additionally, Flory has experience as a private piano teacher spanning over two decades.
