Martim BUENO has a strong background in product management and software engineering. Martim currently serves as the Head of Product at METRON, where they transformed a team of product owners into a team of product managers and a product designer. Martim introduced customer-oriented roadmaps and reported progress to the executive committee.

Previously, Martim worked at UpSlide as a Lead Product Manager, managing all UpSlide products and leading two squads with a total of seven developers. Martim also served as a Senior Product Manager during their time at UpSlide.

Martim's experience also includes working at Adikteev as a Product Manager, where they led major changes on the company's web platform and transitioned R&D teams to agile methodologies. Martim also worked as a Product Manager at MFG Labs, a Product Rollout Manager and Central Technical Solutions Engineer at Criteo, a Software Engineer at Espaces TV Communication - Village Data, and a Software Engineering Intern at Expernova.com. Martim also gained research and software engineering experience during an internship at HELP University College.

Martim BUENO completed their French High School Diploma at Lycée Franco-Japonais de Tokyo (Tokyo Franco-Japanese High School). After that, they pursued a Computer Science undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Montpellier from 2004 to 2006. Afterwards, they went on to Polytech Montpellier from 2006 to 2009 where they obtained a Master of Science and Engineering in Computer Science and Management, focusing on Informatique et Gestion.
