Darlene Johnson is an experienced professional in credit and collections, currently serving as Director of Credit Collections at Metro Wallcoverings since March 2014, where responsibilities include dual leadership in credit management and human resources. Prior to this role, Darlene worked at Gerdau Long Steel North America from 2007 to 2013 as a Senior Bilingual Credit Analyst, managing a $75 million accounts receivable portfolio and supporting sales management with credit solutions. Darlene's earlier experience includes a similar position at Bausch and Lomb, where oversight of the Surgical portfolio involved collaboration with cross-functional teams and management of customer credit profiles.
