Phillip Coates, MBA, LSSMBB, is an experienced leader in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as President at JF Fixtures & Design since August 2019, where Phillip has contributed to the company becoming one of the largest store fixture manufacturers and installers on the west coast. Coates has held several significant roles, including Director of Integrated Supply Chain at Storm Manufacturing Group, President and Founder of The Coates Group, and various senior positions at American Air Filter International, Tegrant Corp, and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. With a strong background in engineering and lean manufacturing, Coates has a proven track record of strategic planning, process optimization, and substantial cost savings across diverse sectors. Coates holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
