Kim Jakubowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at MetLife since August 2011, Kim is responsible for executing key growth and retention strategies in the Regional Business Market for Group Benefits. Prior roles at MetLife include Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included overseeing the service experience for large group customers and leading customer retention strategies, and Customer Implementation Manager, focusing on implementation of insurance products with third-party technology partners. Additionally, Kim held a position as Sr. Project Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., managing compliance and cross-functional initiatives. Kim holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
