Zohar Goshen is the co-founder and CEO of Metechi, a company that matches banks with qualified investors to fund CRE deals. Prior to starting Metechi, Goshen was a professor of transactional law at Columbia Law School for 21 years. During their time at Columbia, Goshen taught courses on corporate law, securities regulation, corporate governance, and corporate finance.

Goshen’s experience in the legal and financial industries makes him uniquely qualified to lead Metechi. Their vision for the company is to make it the go-to platform for banks and investors looking to fund CRE deals. Under Goshen’s leadership, Metechi has quickly become a leading player in the CRE financing space.

Zohar Goshen attended Yale Law School from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Doctor in Law (SJD). Zohar also attended The Hebrew University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
