Betsy Flack is a senior manager at van den Boom & Associates. Betsy has over 10 years of experience in the accounting and financial reporting field. Betsy began their career at EY, where they spent four years in the Assurance Services - Financial Services Organization. Betsy then moved to Piper Sandler, where they spent five years as the Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager. In 2014, they joined FirstBank as the External Reporting Manager. Betsy left FirstBank in 2020 to join Vitality Living as the Controller.

Betsy Flack studied accounting at the University of Northern Iowa, where they earned a BA and MAcc. Betsy is also a Certified Public Accountant, having received certification from the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy.
