Ed Mackin, Jr. has over 30 years of experience in the document management industry. Ed started their career in 1988 as an Account Executive at Micor, The Micrographics Corporation, where they worked until 1990. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as an Account Executive at NMS. In 1993, they joined Alpha Systems as an Account Executive until 1994. In 1995, they joined MetaSource LLC as the Executive Vice President and later became the Executive Director of Maintenance and Channel Relations. Ed was responsible for managing and supporting the MetaSource Reseller Channel, vendor relationships, and deployment strategies. Ed also oversaw facilities management at the company's Corporate Headquarters. Ed held these roles for over 18 years until October 2007.

Ed Mackin, Jr. attended the Maxwell Institute from 1982 to 1983, where they studied computer programming.
