Zakiya Owens is an experienced Information Technology Support Analyst at MetaComet Systems since June 2022. Prior to this role, Zakiya served as a Project Coordinator and Call Center Representative at New York City 311 from July 2017 to April 2022. Zakiya's earlier experience includes a position as a Teaching Assistant at the International Center of Photography from September 2015 to September 2016 and serving as an Elected Board Member for the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) from June 2014 to June 2015. Zakiya holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Communication Design from City Tech, CUNY.
