Roger Moreno began their work experience in 2009 as a Dock Worker and Forklift Operator at Power Play Distributors. Roger then moved on to work at Schawk! in 2013 as a Data Analyst, where they managed and analyzed client data while providing high-quality deliverables. In 2015, Roger joined Uncle Julio's Corporation as a Server and later took on roles as a Bartender, Manager, Hospitality Manager, and finally as a Culinary Manager. In their role as Culinary Manager, they led and developed the restaurant team, maintained safety standards, and created schedules. Roger joined Fetch in 2020 as a Senior Data Integrity Specialist, where they managed multiple projects, developed processes and criteria for audits, utilized SQL and Snowflake, and built complex spreadsheets. Roger also mentored and trained new staff and took on responsibility as the point of contact for the Data Integrity Team.

In 2007, they started attending Moraine Valley Community College and completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2012.

From 2015 to 2017, they attended DePaul University, where they focused on Interactive and Social Media and Data Analysis. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this time.

Most recently, in 2021, Roger enrolled in Udacity and earned a Nanodegree in Business Analytics.

In addition to their educational background, Roger has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they completed courses on SQL Essential Training, Introduction to Data Science, and Google Sheets Advanced Tips and Tricks. In April 2021, they completed the Data Visualization: Storytelling course. In June 2021, they completed the Understanding and Prioritizing Data Privacy course. In August 2021, they earned certifications in Communication Foundations and Being a Good Mentor. Finally, in February 2021, they completed the Cultivating a Growth Mindset and Strategic Thinking courses. All certifications were obtained through LinkedIn.
