Siseko Mkontwana has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving in this role at Metacom since September 2016. Prior experience includes a position in technical support at CYBERSMART PTY LTD from February 2016 to August 2016. Siseko Mkontwana holds an A+ and N+ certification in Information Technology from Boston City College, completed between 2014 and 2015, as well as an NQF Level 4 Certificate in Information Technology from Buffalo City College, obtained from 2010 to 2013.
