Toni Kuhlmann is an experienced project manager in the built environment sector, currently serving at Metabolic since August 2022. Prior roles include Junior Project Manager at the Dutch Green Building Council, Project Manager at Timmers Engineering BV, and Junior Adviseur Afvalwaterketen at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland. Toni also contributed as a Living Lab Developer at KplusV and was a co-founder and board member at MADE IT. Academic credentials include Master's degrees in Metropolitan Analysis, Design and Engineering from both Wageningen University & Research and Delft University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Future Planet Studies, focusing on Urban Studies, from the University of Amsterdam.
