Kristen Robinson-Defot is a seasoned professional in the field of people analytics, currently serving as a People Analytics Manager and previously as a People Analytics Business Partner at Meta. Prior experience includes holding the positions of Director and Associate Director of Talent Analytics & Engagement at Evolent Health, along with a role as a Consultant in Organizational Effectiveness. Kristen has also contributed as a Consultant at Human Resource Tactics and as a Graduate Research Fellow at the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area. Early career experience includes a position as a Human Capital Intern at PDRI.
