Theo Karakasidis has a diverse background in IT support and analysis. Starting in 2009, they worked as a 1st and 2nd line IT Support Analyst at Hackett Group UK, providing technical support to 200 users and working on both Windows XP and Mac OS platforms. Theo also provided VIP support for high-profile clients. From 2011 to 2013, Theo worked as an End User Support Specialist at Fashion Retail Academy, supporting 800 students and staff members. Theo also had experience with Active Directory administration and user access management. In 2013, they joined Informa as a Global Application and End User Support specialist, where they were responsible for Active Directory administration, user access management, and hardware and software configuration. From 2015 to 2017, Theo served as the Global Service Desk team leader at PR Newswire. Theo then moved on to Cision in 2017 as an Application Support Analyst, providing technical and business support to internal and external users.
Theo Karakasidis began their education in 2006 at The Open University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology. Theo completed this degree in 2010. In 2011, they went on to study Cisco Networking (CCNA) at The Open University, where they obtained a Postgraduate (PGr) degree in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Theo also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed The Data Scientist’s Toolbox certification and Customer Analytics certification from Coursera Course Certificates. In 2018, they obtained the G Suite Administrator Fundamentals certification from Coursera.
