Guillermo Spiller is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving growth and innovation within technology companies. Currently serving as the VP of Product - Ads at Meta since February 2015, Spiller has led various initiatives to enhance advertiser products and sales tools. Prior roles at Meta included VP of Product - Growth, where responsibilities encompassed improving engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. Spiller has advised numerous startups on product and growth strategies from December 2018 to December 2021 and previously worked as the first Product Manager at Stayful and held key positions in educational initiatives such as Plan Ceibal.
