Chasminder Rooprai has over eight years of experience in the IT industry. Chasminder began their career as an Application Support Specialist at Express Scripts Canada in 2013, where they worked on streamlining processes and automating tasks. Chasminder then moved on to Roca Networks Inc. in 2015, starting as an IT Administrator and progressing to IT Team Lead. In 2019, Chasminder joined Messagepoint as an IT Manager, later advancing to the role of Director of IT in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, project management, and process improvement skills.

Chasminder Rooprai attended Sheridan College from 2010 to 2013, studying Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst.
