Daniel Nyhan has a strong work history in the financial industry. Daniel began their career as an Intern at Nuveen Investments in 2007, where they gained experience in product development and management. Daniel then joined Nuveen Investments as a Portfolio Manager Assistant in 2010 and worked their way up to Assistant Vice President - Portfolio Specialist in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Mesirow, where they held various roles in their Sale-Leaseback Capital division, including Senior Analyst, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Currently, Daniel is a Managing Director at Mesirow, overseeing the Sale-Leaseback Capital and Co-Head of Bridge Equity units.
Daniel Nyhan attended Miami University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In 2007, they also briefly attended Cass Business School to study International Finance. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
