Zahra Rizvi has a varied work experience. Zahra began their career in 2010 as a Brand Ambassador/Volunteer for United Way of Peel Region, where they advocated for events and networked with other organizations to raise funds. In 2012, they worked as a Public Relations Specialist for C-2 Technology. In 2014, they became a Complaints Manager for Sobeys, where they investigated customer complaints and obtained authorizations for any applicable compensation or refunds. In 2016, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Assistant Head Teacher at the University of Waterloo, as well as a Brand Ambassador for Operation Groundswell. In 2019, they became a Senior Account Manager for second closet, and in 2020, they are an Account Executive for Mero Technologies, where they prospect new business and manages key accounts.

Zahra Rizvi completed their Hon. Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto between 2012 and 2016. Zahra then went on to pursue their Hon. Master of Arts - MA in Political Science and Government from the University of Waterloo between 2016 and 2017. In 2020, they completed a Digital Marketing Certificate from BrainStation, specializing in Marketing.
