Don Norbury is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the gaming and interactive entertainment sectors. Currently, as Co-Founder and Studio Head at SHRAPNEL, and Co-Founder and CTO at NEON, Norbury champions transformative design and technology in gaming while driving technical innovations in transmedia production. With a proven track record at prominent companies, including HBO as Director of Engineering and Microsoft as Senior Development Lead, Norbury has led efforts on major titles and initiatives involving machine learning, AR/VR/XR, and advanced game development. Previous roles include founding Binary Carnival and serving as CTO at Greenlight, showcasing expertise in consulting and technical leadership. Norbury earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
