Bilal Işık's work experience began in 2012 when they worked as an intern at İETT. Bilal continued their internship at Basistek Bilişim Teknolojileri AŞ in 2016 and TEGSOFT Yönetim ve Bilişim Hizmetleri in 2017. From September 2017 to February 2018, they worked as an intern at İETT again. In 2019, they joined Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. (MKK) and worked as a Data Engineer and Python Developer.

Bilal Işık obtained their Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's Degree) in Computer Software Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Data Science with Python, Oracle 12c PL/SQL Programlama Eğitimi, Python Essential & Python Advanced Eğitimi, Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals, Hadoop Developer, İleri Seviye Tableau Desktop Eğitim Sertifikası, and Tableau Bootcamp Eğitim Sertifikası. These certifications were obtained from various institutions, including Digital Vizyon Akademi, Google, Istanbul Data Science Academy, and Tableau, between 2021 and 2021.
