Santhosh Kumar Shetty is an experienced professional with over two decades in delivery, operations, procurement, and logistics. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Delivery and Operations at MeritTrac Services since October 2011, Santhosh has demonstrated expertise in project planning, error-free delivery, and cost projections for project bidding. Prior roles include Manager of Delivery & Operations, where responsibilities included ensuring SLA compliance, and Assistant Manager of Procurement & Logistics, focusing on vendor management and procurement across various sectors. Earlier career experiences include positions at Infosys BPO as an Associate Buyer, and various accounting roles in different companies. Santhosh holds a BBM degree in Finance and Marketing from Mangalore University.
