Tim Walsh's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Tim started their career as a Para Professional at Ashland High School from August 2010 to June 2011. Tim then worked as a 1 to 1 para professional at Dover Sherborn Public School from August 2011 to June 2013. After that, they joined Eliot Community Human Services as a Social Work Care Coordinator from June 2013 to May 2018. Currently, Tim is working at Fusion Academy as the Director of Student Development since August 2018 and is the Regional Director of Operations for the Northeast region starting in October 2022.

Tim Walsh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Mary Washington between 2005 and 2009. In 2008, they briefly attended the University of Deusto without completing a degree or specified field of study.
