Dylan Avatar is the Vice President of Business Development at Merit. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Culture and Event Logistics at Quixey. At Quixey, Dylan was responsible for rolling out the "Quixey Life" Culture Program, which focused on four pillars: Fit, Fun, Family, and Forward.

Dylan is a strong advocate for employee engagement and believes that a happy and healthy workforce is a productive one. Dylan is passionate about making the workplace a fun and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Under Dylan's leadership, Quixey has become a more cohesive and productive company. Dylan has helped to increase communication and collaboration between employees, and has made a positive impact on the company culture.

Dylan Avatar attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. They also have certification from PADI in PADI Divemaster.

Dylan Avatar reports to Tomer Kagan, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Tim Oliver - VP, Talent, Mike Murphy - VP, Marketing, and Mark Sierra - CFO, VP, Finance.
