Monica Boateng

Monica Boateng has a diverse work experience. Monica began their career in 2004 as an Intern/Office Assistant at TriCor Financial LLC, where they updated client financial information and transferred paper documents into an online database. In 2008, they were the Executive Director for the Ghana Rural Library Project, where they traveled to Ghana, organized the building of a library, trained and supervised volunteers, and assisted in the design of the NPO's website. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Office Manager at Pepperdine University. From 2017 to 2018, they were a CASSIA at RUSTIC CANYON FAMILY OF RESTAU. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Customer Relations Specialist at PupBox. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at The Honest Company as a Client Services Coordinator and a Client Service Representative. Currently, they are the Customer Experience Manager at MERIT Beauty.

Monica Boateng attended The Meadows School from 1998 to 2004, and then earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University between 2004 and 2010. In August 2020, they obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Building Customer Loyalty, Predictive Customer Analytics, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, and Winning Back a Lost Customer.
