Kristina Panek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stock plan management and corporate governance. Currently serving as Stock Plan Manager at MeridianLink since May 2021, Kristina previously worked as an Equity Consultant at My Equity Comp for a brief period in 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant in C Suite & Corporate Governance at Conduent, and Manager of Stock Plan Administration and Investor Relations at ANADIGICS Inc., where Kristina's career began as Sr. Executive Assistant to the CFO. Kristina holds an MBA in Master of Business Administration and a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as education from Rutgers University.
