Natalie Raming is an experienced case manager currently employed at Meridian Services since July 2023. Previously, Natalie served as an assistant teacher at Gan Shelanu from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting a lead teacher with eleven children aged 6 months to 5 years, documenting developmental progress, and conducting conferences with families. Natalie was dedicated to reviewing objectives and creating tailored plans to help children successfully achieve developmental milestones while fostering trust and lasting relationships with both coworkers and families. Natalie holds a degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2022.
