Doug Eidse possesses extensive experience in operations management, having worked at Meridian Manufacturing Inc. since July 1987, where positions have included Director of Operations, Branch Manager, Production Manager, and Welder/Supervisor. Additionally, Doug served as Director of Operations at Convey-All Industries Inc. from November 2016 until the company's merger with Meridian in December 2019. Doug's educational background includes a C.I.M. in Business Administration, Management and Operations from both the University of Manitoba and the Canadian Institute of Management, along with studies at RRC Polytech from 2002 to 2006.
