Sarah Way is an experienced Child Welfare and Human Trafficking Project Manager currently employed at Mercy Care since March 2021. Sarah has held a range of positions focused on human services, including Care Management Coordinator and Strategic Initiatives Specialist for the City of Phoenix, where initiatives such as Paint Phoenix Purple and Compass Plan were developed. Previous roles include Human Trafficking Victim Advocate at the Phoenix Family Advocacy Center and Legal Advocate/Case Manager at Mid-Coast Family Services, providing vital support to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Sarah's earlier experience includes working as a Web Content Moderator at Village Voice, where investigations were conducted to prevent human trafficking. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Arizona State University.
