Christoph E. Heilig is a Clinical and Research Fellow in Translational Medical Oncology at the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg since August 2017, also serving as a Fellow of NCT-HSO. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical and Research Fellow and Resident at the Sarcoma Center, Heidelberg University from 2014 to July 2018, and as a Specialist in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology at the University of Heidelberg from January 2010 to July 2018. Previous positions at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center from June 2006 to March 2017 included roles as a Postdoc and MD student in the Clinical Cooperation Unit Molecular Hematology/Oncology. Christoph E. Heilig earned a Dr. med. degree from Heidelberg University and the DKFZ in 2010, following the completion of a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Medicine from Heidelberg University in 2009.
