Dominic O'Connor is an experienced finance and engineering professional with a robust academic background, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance as well as a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Canterbury. Dominic O'Connor currently serves as an Associate at Mercury Capital Investments since August 2022. Prior experience includes a consulting career at Bain & Company from July 2017 to September 2021, where Dominic O'Connor progressed from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant. Other roles include a Teaching Assistant at the University of Canterbury, a Territorial Force Field Engineer with the New Zealand Defence Force, an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS, and various internships in engineering and consulting domains.
