Dan Doherty is a Vice President at Incline Equity Partners, where focus is placed on middle market private equity, emphasizing authenticity, transparency, and strong results since July 2020. Prior to this role, Dan served as a Senior Associate and Investment Banking Analyst in the Transportation Group at Morgan Stanley from July 2018 to July 2020, having previously completed a summer analyst position there in the summer of 2017. Earlier experience includes a summer analyst role at Matrix Capital Management Company, L.P. in 2016 and an internship at Friend Box Co. in 2015. Dan Doherty holds a degree from Williams College, having attended from 2014 to 2018, and is a graduate of Belmont Hill, completing studies there from 2008 to 2013.
