Harsha Arora is an experienced leader in transformation and process consulting, currently serving as the Head of Shared Business Services at Merck Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Harsha held the position of Vice President for Transformation & Process Consulting at State Street from January 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included defining transformation strategies and leveraging digital technologies to enhance productivity. Harsha's prior experience includes serving as Director of Client Management at Conduent, overseeing global delivery for major clients in the Automotive and Hi-Tech sectors, and leading transformation initiatives at GENPACT, where significant improvements in finance and accounting processes were implemented. Harsha holds a Master's degree in Commerce from R A Podar, Mumbai, completed in 2001.
