Jamie Wong has extensive experience in digital marketing and strategic management within the automotive industry, specifically at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. Since July 2017, Jamie has served as General Manager of the Digital Marketing Activation Center Overseas, leading the transformation towards data-driven marketing strategies. Prior roles at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia include Digital Marketing Manager for CRM/SFMC Operations and Digital, Social Media, and CRM Manager, where Jamie was pivotal in implementing CRM systems and managing digital campaigns. Additionally, from 2007 to 2017, Jamie held the position of Strategic Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing strategy, budget planning, advertising, and event management.
