Ben further enhanced their expertise in Scrum by obtaining the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) certification in 2021 and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional certification in 2023. Moreover, Ben completed a web design course and received a Certificate of Completion in HTML, CSS, and Web Design from General Assembly in 2017.
