Damien Quentin is an experienced professional specializing in engineering physics with a strong background in management and consulting roles. Currently serving as the ESG Practice Lead for the Americas at Copperleaf since April 2016, Damien plays a key role in guiding clients on implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and effectively communicating their impacts. Previously, Damien held the position of Practice Lead for Pipelines at Copperleaf, overseeing implementation projects in the pipelines segment. Prior to joining Copperleaf, Damien gained extensive experience as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager and Implementation Consultant, as well as a Graduate Student in Engineering Physics at UBC Laboratory for Atomic Imaging Research, where RF filter design and scanning tunneling microscope development were key contributions. An educational foundation in Engineering Physics includes both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree from the University of British Columbia.
