Mariana Tassi Ferraz is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in growth management, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Business Growth Manager at Merama since May 2022, Mariana focuses on accelerating revenue and creating value for investee companies in the Beauty and Pet sectors, while actively engaging in strategic decisions and optimizing core business functions. Prior to this, Mariana co-founded SimplyWell, where responsibilities included corporate strategy, branding, and market positioning within the wellness drinks industry. Mariana’s previous roles encompass digital coordination and e-commerce analysis at Alpargatas S.A. and digital marketing analysis at Restoque S/A, successfully enhancing digital ecosystems and revenue streams across various renowned brands.
