Chris Carofino is currently a Project Manager at MePush. Before that, they worked at BrightFlow Technologies from July 2013 to December 2018 as a Technical Accounts Manager. In that role, they were responsible for managing client needs and upgrades, following up with clients regularly, offering new product lines or product updates, and completing escalated tickets from clients. Chris has a proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously and ensuring that everyone is happy with the end result.

Chris Carofino has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from University of Phoenix. Chris also has a certification from Microsoft in MD-100 and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals, and a certification from CompTIA in Server+. Additionally, they are a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and has a CompTIA A+ certification.
