Nathaniel Adajagsa's work experience includes working as a Field Business Facilitator at MEDA, where they were responsible for organizing and facilitating capacity building programs for Women Village Savings and Loan Groups. This involved activities related to sustainable agricultural practices, value addition, market participation, and gender empowerment for rural women. Prior to this, Nathaniel worked as a Community Field Officer at MoFA-Ghana, where they supervised FBOs and Farmer Cooperatives, provided extension services to farmers, and coordinated Donor Agent Projects.
Nathaniel Adajagsa completed their Master of Philosophy degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from the University of Ghana, where they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi from 2011 to 2015.
