Adam Wingate, PhD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam has held the position of Director of Digital Engagement at Members Credit Union since 2020. Prior to that, Adam worked as an Adjunct Professor at Carolina University from 2018 to 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director of The Leadership Institute at Triad Baptist Church. Before transitioning to academia and non-profit work, Adam worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Epes Logistics Services, Inc from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they served as a Battalion Staff Officer in the United States Army Reserve from 2009 to 2013.

Adam Wingate, PhD, MBA earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Counseling from Boyce College in 2008. Adam later pursued a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree with a specialization in Leadership from Liberty University, which they completed in 2011. In 2016, Wingate enrolled at Carolina University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Leadership & Organization Management in 2020. Alongside their doctoral studies, Wingate also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Liberty University, which they completed in 2016.
