Mark Kiczalis is an experienced professional in quality assurance and management within the coffee industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for Coffee at Melitta since July 2005, Mark has been instrumental in new product development and quality assurance efforts. Previously, Mark held the QA Manager position at Melitta USA from July 2005 to April 2024, and owned and managed A's Cafe from May 2002 to March 2005. Mark's career began at Nestle S.A. where extensive roles in quality assurance and production spanned from June 1982 to October 2001. Mark also worked as a Production Supervisor at Hills Bros. Coffee Co. from March 1978 to May 1982. Mark Kiczalis holds an MBA in Industrial Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business Administration from Pace University.
