Hayden Kirkman has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2021, they began working as a Global Supply Chain Manager and Global Logistics Manager at Dry Farm Wines. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Marketing Efficiency Manager at Freedom Forever, where they were responsible for ensuring the highest level of performance and output daily from both the Marketing Efficiency team and the Marketing Compliance team. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as Logistics Manager at Pasturebird, Inc., where they created a streamlined inventory tracking system to facilitate a simplistic ordering system for vendors. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Director of Operations at Primal Pastures, where they managed a team of dedicated employees and worked closely with the farmers to develop and execute new animal welfare practices. From 2014 to 2017, they held two roles at Concordia University Irvine: ASCUI Club Commissioner, where they built an entirely new position responsible for the oversight of thirty unique clubs and organizations on campus, and Freshman Orientation Leader, where they were responsible for helping a group of 25 freshman assimilate to college life.

Hayden Kirkman attended Valley Lutheran High School from 2008 to 2012. Hayden then went on to Concordia University Irvine, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology between 2013 and 2017. In September 2019, Hayden obtained a Forklift Certification from CertifyMe.net Inc.
