Cristhiano Guazzi has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, including executive positions and consulting roles.

Cristhiano is currently serving as the Global Director of Business Services and Analytics at Grendene Global Brands, a position they started in December 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Cristhiano worked as the Head of IT Applications for Brazil and Colombia at COFCO International.

In 2018, they also worked as a Senior Technology Consultant at Pyxs, where they helped improve management results for clients

Cristhiano Guazzi obtained their Green Belt - Six Sigma certification from INDG in the academic year of 2008-2009. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in the field of study, from FARESC Curitiba between 1998 and 2002.
