Rohit Shivendra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility management, real estate, and project maintenance across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Facility, Maintenance and Utility Manager at Melcom Group of Companies since May 2023, Rohit oversees a substantial area of 125,000 Sq. mt. Previously, Rohit held key positions including Senior Manager at Ola Electric, managing a diverse portfolio of experience centers and kitchens, and General Manager at Rebel Foods, where Rohit was responsible for maintenance across a pan-India portfolio of dark kitchens and brands. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon as a Facilities Manager, at Jubilant FoodWorks as Deputy Manager, and at Uttam Galva Metallics and Parth Ispat India as an Electrical Engineer and Senior Engineer, respectively. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
