Ricardo Perez has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Ricardo first worked at HardTech Ltda. as an Architect, Consultant, and Software Developer from August 2010 to July 2012. Ricardo then joined Bizagi as a Front-End Development Engineer from August 2012 to August 2015, before being promoted to a Software Team Lead role from September 2015 to October 2022. Currently, Ricardo is working as a Front-End Technology Lead at Critical Mass starting from October 2022.

Ricardo Perez completed their education at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. Ricardo obtained a degree in Ingeniero De Sistemas from 2003 to 2010, specializing in Desarrollo de software, auditoria de sistemas informaticos, redes informaticas, bases de datos. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued further education at the same institution, earning a degree in Especialista en ingeniería de software with a focus on Ingeniería de software. Additionally, Ricardo Perez has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2021, EF Level 9 - Intermediate - CEFR Level B1 from EF Education First in March 2017, and MCSD: Windows Store Apps Using HTML5 from Microsoft in July 2013.
